On November 7, 2014. Oldest son of the late Ethel and Edward Waters. Beloved Husband of Theresa “Terry” M. Waters; devoted father to Elizabeth and Wesley; brother of Wayne, James and Richard; grandfather “Grumpa” to seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Member of the American Legion Color Guard, post 268 and Life Member of the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair.
