The Heritage Building

 

Perfect for weddings, parties, family reunions, proms, and meetings. The Heritage offers a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of spacious accommodations.

Featured in this building are a full size commercial kitchen, restrooms, multiple electrical outlets, tile floor, large foyer, and so much more! Unlimited parking is adjacent to the Heritage.

Additional Features:

  • Two (2) separate rooms – rental of the Heritage can be of a single room or a combination of both rooms.
  • The Heritage is available for rent based on the following time period: 8AM-12AM.
  • The Heritage rental comes with tables and chairs that will be set up to your specifications.

$2,800/day or $280/hr (Max 12 Hr.)

Additional amenities can be rented as well, including our free Butler’s Pantry.

 

Additional fees include but are not limited to security, security deposit, and extra set up hours.

Other Facilities

 

The Montgomery County Agricultural Center offers several other facilities which are perfect for hosting large gatherings, auctions, craft shows, and swap meets. Our buildings offer many great amenities.

 

Both buildings have a complete commercial kitchen, easy loading access and ample parking.

 

With the open floor plan, these buildings are flexible to meet your needs! Included in your rental fee is free online publicity. Your event will be publicized on our events calendar and social media channels.

Fairgrounds

 

Host your company picnic, car show, or any outdoor event at the Fairgrounds!

Our grounds are divided into individual sections that can be rented daily or weekly! Each section varies in size and cost. In addition to the Fairgrounds, we have multiple buildings available for rent including, Livestock Barns, Pavilions, Horse Arena, and our Grandstand.

The Livestock Barns and Pavilions are perfect for outdoor activities and will protect your guests from poor weather conditions.
