Arthur volunteers in the Home Arts & Arts and Crafts Deparment.  He served as the doorman at the Home Arts building during the fair.  He handed out numbers to entrants, keeping things in line and the people cheerful.

Of Gaithersburg, MD, passed away on January 13, 2020. Beloved husband of Ruth H. Moorman, father of Lisa Moorman-Owens, Penelope Gilbertson, and Abigail Moorman, grandfather to Charlie, Eleanor, Avery, and Serafina.
