Jeff Griffith was a dairy and grain farmer. He lived on Griffith Road near Laytonsville, Maryland. The Bi Centennial farm he grew up on and farmed has been owned by the family since 1741.

Jeffrey “Bus” Griffith gave freely of his time and was very supportive of the Montgomery County Fair. His name was on a plaque that use to hang on the lobby wall of the Heritage building. He assisted with securing rough sawn lumber for the fair buildings. He helped and supported 4-H members. 

Jeff Griffith also had a passion of working with his draft horses.
