Mrs. Ida K. Fulks, 96, of Gaithersburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, at her home.
She was the wife of T. Irving Fulks Sr., who died December 1990.
Born Sept. 1, 1904, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late George M. and Ella Belt Kephart.
Mrs. Fulks was a graduate of Central High School in Washington.
She was employed more than 30 years with the Department of Finance for Montgomery County.
She was a long-time member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Gaithersburg.
Surviving are one son, Thomas I. Fulks Jr. and wife Jeanne H. of Monrovia; one daughter, Diane F. Adams of Gaithersburg; four grandchildren, Thomas Adams and Susan White, both of Gaithersburg, Ida Ann Mulgrew of New Market, and Beverly Fulks Jelks of Frederick; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Fulks will also be remembered by her friend and caregiver, Rita Robinson.
Mrs. Fulks was preceded in death by two grandsons, Thomas Jay Adams and Thomas I. Fulks III.
