Sensory-Friendly Midway Morning

Rides & Games:

• Rides and Games will open at 10:00 AM and they will operate with no lights or music playing.

Vendors:

• Vendors inside and outside of the Carnival area will operate with no lights or music at their booths. Normal sounds from business transactions will be occuring.

Pepco Community Stage:

• The Pepco Community Stage will have no loud sounds. Shows will continue as scheduled in modified versions.

Public Address System:

• The public address system will only be used for emergencies and lost visitor announcements.

All are welcome!  This event is designed for individuals with sensory sensitivities, autism, and anyone who benefits from a lower-sensory environment.

Families are welcome to bring noise-canceling headphones and other comfort items!
