Helen served as a Home Arts Superintendent, former Board of Director Member.  She also served on the 50th Fair Committee.

On Friday, May 6, 2016, of Silver Spring. Beloved wife of the late Frank S. Hubbard; mother of Frank (Helen) Hubbard and Robert (Joy) Hubbard; grandmother of Gwendolyn Henry, Elizabeth Hubbard, Zachary Hubbard, Rebecca Hubbard and Monica Sock; sister of David Engleman, Audrey McCaffrey and the late Earl Engleman. Mrs. Hubbard is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
