Exhibit Space
The Montgomery County Fair is always looking for new
exhibitors to bring to the fair each year. If you would like to be put on the mailing list to receive a packet,
please fill out the form below and one will be e-mailed
to you.
In the "Purpose of Booth" section, please give as
much information as possible about your product or service.
Please be prepared to send us pictures of your products and booth
display for review.
Types of Space:
Concession: (We have very limited concession
space, but feel free to mail us your package for our review) Food vendors, from hamburgers
and barbeque to shaved ice and cotton candy.
Farmer's Market: Produce, Agricultural
related groups.
Craft Alley - Outdoor: Where crafters display
and demonstrate their talents and unique items.
Indoor: Crafters, cosmetics, candy makers,
baskets, books, home repairs, commercial companies, etc.
Outdoor: Concessionaires, vendors, shopping,
activities, etc.
Non-Profit: Limited amount of space offered
at a discount, only for non-profit organizations
(churches/charities, political parties and county-related organizations). These spaces are outside
and space is very limited.

ENTRY FORMS
Please note that we do not rent space to
individual political candidates. If you are running for
office, we ask that you contact your local political party office
and work with them directly.
